Yesterday, ACA's EO presented on alcohol labelling at the @publichealthaus.bsky.social Food Policy & Regulation Forum. It was fantastic to engage & strategise with the attendees about future opportunities to improve alcohol labelling, including through mandated health warning labels. #FPRF2025

Another great paper by PhD candidate Maree Patsouras. This time a systematic review of alcohol use among working mothers - suggesting that societal level gender equity may have important impacts on alcohol consumption.

Pregnancy-specific alcohol policies are common - but new research shows they're often ineffective or even harmful.
