A perfect day for #Parkrun - cold, dry & sunny. The course had dried out a little. I stayed at my home run & as not but even bone conductors are allowed in my upcoming 10K I opted to run without my music 🎶 & I really enjoyed it & even set a new course PB ‼️ 7s off the last one set 3 weeks ago 🥳 💪🏼 🏃♀️

After a night of heavy rain, the roads were like rivers so I knew Parkrun would be a quagmire …. I decided to get in the pool instead. Swum 2/3 mile 🏊 followed by a relaxing steam & spa pool session. 😊

The reason I went so late … to enjoy being surrounded by the sight and sounds of Pink Footed Geese - th sound rang out across the marshes as I walked back up West Bank as the moon rose - magical. #LuckyToLiveHere #SoundsOfWinter 🧵 3/3

Dreams can come true 😍 5 yrs ago I woke up in Herts to snow ❄️ it was still snowing as I picked up my keys 🔑 🏡 16 months from decision to finally completing after 3 houses fell through,deceitful vendors,Covid & life saving surgery. It’s flown by,I’ve never looked back ❤️🤩😊 #CoastLife

After some unexpected very sad news yesterday💔tonight was always just going to be about lacing up, getting out, putting in the time & distance, keeping the momentum up & head in the right place. I experimented mixing up the route,adding some inclines too,quite pleased really. #C210K #RebelliousHope

We’ve a lovely woodland trail #Parkrun I opted for my high miles reliable old trail shoes for the addition of mud & heavy leaf mulch. I’m so glad I went. Surprised when the results arrived - a new course PB 🥳🤩💪🏼
