I’ve been on a post-Covid Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia journey since 2021. Episodes where I would be at 135 sitting down, 65 to 165 getting out of bed. Beta blockers help some. Hydration and electrolytes help. Happy to talk.

Look, some of us are middle-aged ladies. I would watch, say, Pedro Pascal pull every single film off the shelf, monotonously recite whatever is on the back cover, and toss it over his shoulder. Probably loop it a few times, IDK. I don’t have anywhere to be. Where is that 24/7 channel, Criterion?

I found a video that suggested the Baja Blast pie is just a jell-o/kool-aid pie and I am definitely now making a jell-o pie but I’m leaning more cherry limeade.
