The "Post-COVID-19 Cognitive Impairment" section in the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine report is worthy of reflection.

As is the question of why we don't hear about it from the institutions that told us it was safe to ignore COVID.

And the answer I think is Phone x COVID x Neoliberalism = everyone is insane.

Largely due to Citizens United decision from the Supreme Court which allows the $ Billionaire class to purchase law makers to protect them from paying their fair share of taxes.
Everyone else suffers.

Sort of funny that the UK government will make its companies and citizens pay £150 million per month in subsidies to an EU government for 35 years :)

At an annual production of 25 million MWh (3.2 GW in baseload), I'd say that's £1.9 billion per year in subsidies. For the next 35 years. And a bit more if power prices don't rise with inflation, as the strike price does.
