this administration, more than any other, has fully convinced these people they’re totally outside the law. its manifesting in all sorts of ways and it’s intolerable.

i haven’t been biking as much to work since my wife has been traveling a lot so i’ve had the car. this + diminishing daylight hours have definitely brought out the SAD bigly. but i’ve also gotten soft—no longer winter commute battle-ready. looking forward to thermal shock this week. best antidote!

coogler rebooting x files is really perfect—he can do the spooky creepy stuff that i think was the best of the x files. if you like the long-arc conspiracy stuff there’s a richness of contemporary material to draw from.
