📢New publication📢 @tobiasdienlin.com shows that social media has a small but negative effect on well-being. Other activities like listening to music (+8%) or relaxing (+6%) have stronger effects. Impacts vary by age, gender, and country with younger users & men reporting stronger negative effects 🌍
