NEW: Google and Apple have fixed zero-days that the two companies said were being exploited in the wild.
There are no details about these attacks, but usually when this happens, there's a goverment using spyware behind it. Hopefully we will get the full story soon.

Considering the amount of Fintech companies that have popped up in Europe after opening these closed systems (and more are on their way it seems with some interesting startups ) I think this is not positive for the average US consumer although maybe short term at least for the banks.
