However, Riley v. California 573 US 373 (2014) holds that police need a warrant to get your passcode because 1- cell phones contain so much information that it is equivalent to a home or a car, both of which need independent warrants for police to search and 2- conveying a passcode requires speech.

City of Portland has posted these outside of the ICE Building on Macadam. Really? So much for being a "sanctuary city". It's all part of the same arm. City Councilors need to speak up and fight if they actually want ICE to stop operations here.
