it really adds context to why genAI is exploding. people think the rich have profits as their #1 motivator but a few small things take priority even over that (to an extent), and severing all connection to the lower classes that they outright see as vermin is one of them.
Thinking again about how the Campbell's soup executive melted down about making "poor people" food, and the broad-ranging disgust rich people now for the very idea that their job might provide a product or service (especially to the poor) and not just siphon up money for no return and no reason.
