Killing citizens without reason is making us less safe. Not new, but heartbreaking.

Grateful that when he saw evil he knew it for what it was. Many don’t.
Really worth watching this interview with a bystander who witnessed the ICE shooting in Minneapolis: "I'm pretty right-leaning. But seeing this, this is not how we're supposed to be doing things in America.”

I guess I will no longer be shopping at Wegmans. It’s a shame because I love that store.

Wegman’s also
“ … collects, retains, converts, stores or shares customers’ biometric identifier information which may include facial recognition, eye scans, voiceprints,” the notices read.

Who are they sharing them with? ICE?
This makes no one safer.

Spread the word to delivery folks!

Librarians, historians, and folks who value accuracy, stand at the ready!
Scholars who do historical research, eat your Wheaties (or whatever else fuels you). In the year of the nation's 250th birthday, there will be all sorts of nonsense that we will counter-program with actual history.

Apparently Americans need to be reminded yet again that we have never suspended elections during a war. Lincoln was reelected during the Civil War (a large part of why we have absentee voting), FDR during WW2. It's never been true, and scaring folks with untrue things makes you not a good person.

Evil
My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

imo if you want to get back in power your slogan should be "If you elect us we will prosecute everyone in government who has violated the law"
