Our Open-source Hardware Infrastructure for The Netherlands (OSHNED) has been granted :)
This will strengthen and improve coordination among the hubs in the Netherlands (Wageningen, Eindhoven, Delft, VU, Radboud) with a single goal: making Open Hardware the standard in science.

Blanking is very important
American scientists use it to calibrate their instruments
Trump keeps getting MRIs because he has the smoothest brain they've ever seen. It's like a marble. Incredible. They say you can see your reflection in it

Maybe we should switch to German... bromieren, Silikat, ... 🤔
-ate is such a weird suffix in chemistry. Brominate is a verb but silicate is a noun. And oxygen is element eight. #chemchat

Today I learned that NASA has a collection of free ebooks that can be downloaded as pdfs or ebub format.

The science books even include a children’s section with fun activites and coloring books!

Today on "PI Back In The Lab After A Year", Lindsay tries to change the trap on a Neo Vanquish. Step 1: slack mass spec team and sheepishly confirm that this part is somehow the trap

or a t-shirt “UKRI reject 2023”
