The solicitor general's position seems to be "Humphrey's Executor has created confusion in the lower courts, so my solution is to say it's an agency-by-agency determination, and who knows how it turns out?"

I was not expecting the lawyer representing conversion therapy to say that it's not a medical treatment. I hope a justice will call out that he keeps distinguishing "treatment" from "conduct" from "speech" even though something can be all three. #scotus

@otcpod.bsky.social I was struck by the most recent pod describing how PSV + Ajax lost all their strikers to injury. Are big teams in lower-level leagues signing players that bigger clubs aren't considering fit enough? I'm thinking about PSV taking injury-prone Dest, or Bremen and Boniface

@otcpod.bsky.social I was struck by the most recent pod describing how PSV + Ajax lost all their strikers to injury. Are big teams in lower-level leagues signing players that bigger clubs aren't considering fit enough? I'm thinking about PSV taking injury-prone Dest, or Bremen and Boniface
