Be the change you want to see.
Stop talking to us about it and never say this smooth brained shit ever again.
I get the anger.

But “I hate these people” doesn’t change anything.

They didn’t care until it hit them? That’s when they’re reachable.

If we only talk to the already-convinced, we lose.

Moral clarity without strategy is just shouting into the wind.

Lead by example or at the very least, communicate what you feel.

Being shady because you think you feel shade, is the quickest way to push valuable people out of your life.

You aren’t seeing Black folks at protests because we know Trump will use us as an excuse to start violence—to justify martial law.

Black folks, stay home. Be in peace. Our time will come.

Everyone else, peacefully protest, but understand we won’t be human shields or targets! Don’t ask that of us.

. Reality shows about mimicking the more serious issues with scripted drama. Gossip girl-ing the sycophants and their business. Let's embrace the petty chaos gremlin inside

We need to start unpleasantly surprising the sycophants in charge. We know what they're building towards. We know what they're intending. Let's be the unpredictable element so that we at least can look back with pride about switching things up

Who are you to tell us how to resist? Especially if you're from a country that has a negative or neglectful relationship with it's non wealthy immigrants and minority communities.

- People refusing to quit their fed job, knowing thet'd likely be unpaid and replaced by people who would tow the line

- Information sharing and prepping

- Local politics per state and city

I'm seeing a lot of people accuse Americans of not fighting back because we're not rioting in the streets or clashing physically with our government.

Considering that the U.S. was born of resistance to power, how much do you truly know about us and how to resist
February 1, 2025 at 1:52 PM
To Non-Americans asking why we aren't fighting back, are protests and marches the only methods of resistance you know?

I know my panic is temporary and I don't want to affect people (other than my loved ones) negatively with it.

Also out of spite because I'll be damned if I let Cons see me sweat and drive any enjoyment from my pain.

I believe in controlled falls. Emotions are inevitable, especially in high stress times like this. I let the fear and panic out a little at a time in my solitary moments, releasing the pressure so I don't explode.
