This story is so sad but there's at least as many people who would be happy the state could keep them alive if it meant their baby survived. None of this has anything to do with just policy. It's just trauma bait and we never should've heard about it
She was 9 weeks pregnant. She died. The state of Georgia is making the doctors keep her alive to incubate the baby. She’s been dead for three months. This is REAL. this isn’t about what should or should not be done. This is about having a VOICE. This is about having a CHOICE.

We don't need more research! We get the picture. It's a waste. Time for development to combat the effects! Red voters may myopically think bringing back industrial jobs (which would be great!) will make them personally wealthy enough to fight flooding. Wrong!

But we need big projects! Not data.
Weather and climate research funds are being “chainsawed” from NOAA's budget. Last I checked, Louisiana & Florida, which are maximally susceptible to Hurricanes, voted Red in the last General Election.

Wondering if residents there knew in advance this would happen.

Feminists who think men and women aren't political and legal equals are sooooo dumb. Like I actually support female privileges make up for where females got screwed by anatomy or culture but you guys are too stupid to recognize that for what it is

How on earth is it weird? The countries that aren't aligned with American degrowth (BRICS countries) do NOT need our experts who don't speak their language. We aren't special
It is a little weird to me countries aren’t more aggressively, formally trying to take advantage of the U.S. science brain drain. Once in a lifetime opportunity to buy low on Non-Dumbass Americans with PhDs who just wanna look into microscopes and quietly cure ass cancer as our country eats shit.

Abortion remains a wedge issue and for some reason the left still thinks it's an issue of autonomy. Hello! The Democrats (one of the parties benefiting from culture war) push that line.

Abortion was instituted as a response to a public health crisis. Women were gutting themselves with coat hangers.

I thought Hunter was a future bust ( injury risk for a skinny guy + beady eyes) but he has a nice smile and excellent dap up game so I'm in

There's nothing bad about the conditions, and forced labor is a necessary evil in an economy recovering from one of warlords and gangsters. BUT none of this works if the inmates are paid less, which incentivizes capital to invest in inmate labor, and ensures that there is no job after prison
The media doesn't want you to see that it's not a jail, it's slavery.
one of the tasks of the American left is to explain to retail and service workers that this is the future that America has planned for them

Target was like the DEI community hub for decades, nothing changed. They probably used DEI to kill labor a thousand times over
Costco:
✅ DEI? Yes.
✅ Unionized workers? Some.
💵 CEO-to-worker pay? 262:1

Target:
❌ DEI? No.
❌ Unionized workers? None.
💵 CEO-to-worker pay? 719:1

Communism is too extreme which is why I'm a liberal, but I know the liberals always just hand everything to fascists, which is why I'm actually a communist, because only communism can protect liberalism from becoming fascism.

Political establishment: *spends all tax money enriching private individuals*

Political left: *seeds narrative government doesn't work because the rich don't pay taxes*

Political left: "let's tax the rich."

Actually smart people: "you can't simply use *this* government to do good things"
political right: *defunds government so it doesn’t work well for people*

political right: *seeds narrative government is bad and can never work*

political left: “let’s use government to do good things”

Very Smart People: “government can never work and is bad”

Taxing the rich is part of the class war -- it's the Rich's preferred solution!

They don't want you talking about ownership, they want you focused on how the former Nazi block gets it right by having rescindable welfare.
Finland just seems to get it right - education, housing. #TaxTheRich #ClassWar

My #takepurge is that you shouldn't draft an RB whose main trait is "can't be tackled for some reason" or "crazy balance" -- the men are bigger and all it takes is one hard hit to mess up your equilibrium. #noJeanty

Nationalism is good and progressive. To be an internationalist (cooperation, commerce, diplomacy), one must first be a nationalist. The common people in their wisdom support it.

It's always cosmopolitan banksters and globalists pretending to be nationalists that are the problem. Hitler to Netanyahu
Zionism is antisemitic.

Zionism is a nationalistic ideology.

Netanyahu is a RWNJ.

Everything the RW does is projection.

Zionists have done more damage to Jewish individuals in the court of public opinion, because a good number of individuals seemingly cannot differentiate between the two.

This is so goofy. What effects, exactly?

The pro-DEI position is so goofy and superfluous at this time. No one likes hours of HR training videos about not touching your black coworker's hair. And everyone is sitting thru it, not just honkies. That and white lady managers is all DEI amounts to.
The reason our Target boycott has been so effective is because of the focus on a single company and organizing around it.

Not a temporary boycott with an end date or a rolling boycott, not multiple corporations at a time, a focused, strategic boycott.

Stay tuned for more.

It was Biden and Euromaiden actually but
Oh, it was *Zelensky* that started the war? Like when a bully claims their victim started the fight because their face hurt his fist?

News: AOC had her strongest ever quarter, raising over $9.5m from 266k individual donors for an average of just $21.

AOC doesn’t take a dollar from lobbyists or corporate PACS. Our top donor professions are teachers and nurses. 64% were first time contributors.

this bourgeois economist spent his whole career defending the rights of corporate cartels to extract rent from us.

Taxes are evil and are spent enriching Reich's cronies. Musk is one of the world's greatest beneficiaries of taxes from his DoD contracts.

The freeloaders are those who GET tax money
Undocumented immigrants paid an effective federal income tax rate of 5.27% in 2022.

That means they paid a higher effective tax rate than 5 of the richest Americans…and a higher effective tax rate than 55 mega corporations.

So let me ask you: who are the real freeloaders?

Many excellent content creators have a huge blind spot on the civil religion of wokeism. They spew samey nonsense about educated people becoming secular and leftist, as if these positions are natural states of being educated (ignoring 1000s of years of history...).
