Great news for Colorado: SB25-301 and HB25-1094 are now law! SB25-301 reduces treatment delays by letting providers adjust prescriptions for chronic care without prior authorization. HB25-1094 reins in PBMs that profit off costly drugs. Thanks to @govofco.bsky.social for signing! #PBMs
