I made Sir a dish that had Gorgonzola in it because he likes it. I thought it would be tolerable for me within the rest of the dish. It wasn’t. I ate it anyway, and choked down the leftovers in two separate meals. It felt like a practice in submission I’d have never considered outside of a dynamic.

I’ve struggled with this from the opposite perspective, that being am I less fun to make suffer because I express my anguish “unsexily” and fairly quickly? IME, Sir is more interested in genuine reactions than anything acted, be that enjoyment or misery. Your Mistress may hold a similar sentiment.
