happening this morning in Minneapolis -- ICE agents drawing guns on observers. I reiterate again that it is only a matter of time before DHS kills more innocent people in Minnesota. Congress needs to shut this shit down right now.

DHS has billions of dollars in funding. They can afford body cameras.
DHS proposed gutting ICE’s body-cam program this FY.
A Trump admin official told us, hours before Pretti was killed, that they did not want mandatory body cams for ICE.
That mandate didn’t make it into the House budget for DHS that just passed.
