You seem oddly confused.

I was referring to it being reasonable for a woman to have an opinion on circumcision (in general).

Equally valid for a man to have an opinion on abortions (in general).

Whether you, personally, as a man want to be circumcised or not, no one gives a flying f*#k.

Where else could an "employee" refuse to work and still receive a paycheck?

It surely looks like the House is the "fraud, waste, and abuse" that DOGE was supposed to be looking for.
