Serious question; when it comes to City planning, and folks know that there's going to be a ton of businesses by a relatively busy highway, why do they put in stop signs and not exits? Specifically I am referring to Portland after Northwest 150th. Anyone with any knowledge on this please educate me.

I had no idea that an album that came out when I was in HS, and honestly didn't pay much attention to, would be the anthem of my late 30s. Even saw them in Scotland this last summer. All together now "The American Dream is Killing Me!.."
Would really love if Green Day would just re-release American Idiot like it's a new album. So many people have memory holed it or didn't pay attention and we really need that energy right now.
