Went to the doctor today, got prescribed Albuterol. Never had an inhaler before so a pharmacist walked me through it & the common side effects.
One he didn't mention, though, was the medicine hitting the back of my tongue, my body screaming OH NO YOU HAVE INGESTED POISON & immediately throwing up 🤦🏼‍♀️

I think a lot of people don't understand that this is what's going to happen. It's not even a secret. And not only will we lose the parks, we'll lose species and opportunities to combat climate change. I am trying not to mourn pre-emptively, but as a wildlife/environmental educator, it's tough.
