Got my first journal today. Idea is if I notice I'm becoming emotionally unstable, I can just dump all that into a journal entry and not onto other people. I've also gotten some techniques on how to handle situations as well

The old generations are mostly the issue holding progress back if you noticed, we are the replacement for them. Their time here is limited and eventually the newer, better, more accepting generations will take their place. It's only a matter of time
