Today in my quest to slow down:
I slept in till 11 am. I drank my daily coffee, played some of my favorite game. Filled out some paperwork as I finished my cup, I found myself twirling my pen in my fingers. I laid in my bed next to my heater, with my favorite blanket, and favorite cat, and slept ❤️

On another note: do not forget to indulge in the things that bring you joy. Spend an extra minute at your piano. Finish that drawing. Watch your show. Finish that book. Drink the extra cup of coffee. You still deserve your joy. Joy is an act of resistance. As is art.
