I went to the Christmas market in a small town near Prague two weeks ago, that had stalls filled with local stuff (including this icecream liqueur that was bought for me, made by the town’s ice cream shop). It was a million times better

Made a kind of Lahmacun thing with lamb, but rather than on a flatbread I turned it into, I suppose, a sloppy joe (eeeewwww) affair by shoving it into one of these buns with tzatziki, chopped tomato and red onion. If you can find the buns they are very delicious with many things (got mine at Tesco)
