Thought experiment - If you wanted to truly wreck the economy and spike inflation what would you do? I would: (1) kick out all the cheap labor, (2) gut the federal workforce, (3) drastically cut gov spending, (4) impose massive tariffs to drive up cost of goods.

This kind of thick social fabric would almost certainly help reduce crime.
Don’t ever let anyone tell you that streets can’t be vibrant places to foster friendships and connect with neighbours. But as Donald Appleyard illustrated many decades ago, the volume & speed of traffic, and the overall design of the streets, are absolute social life dealbreakers. #StickyStreets

I’m going to be posting some info about the Autumn’s hard cider making process. I’m following the traditional Keeve method for a finished cider that retains some sugar and more rounded apple flavors. First up is pressing day.
