The Whey Eye wheel's pretty underwhelming 🤣 I thought they said it would be the biggest in Europe? 🤷‍♂️

Wrapping up the final details on my hand stitched late 18th C inspired fall front trousers. I've learned so much on this project. Not least that clothes just aren't the quality they used to be (and we're no longer taught how to judge that).

Lovely evening performing in a candlelit concert at Newcastle Castle last night. Indigo sang some Christmas bangers to a sold out hall, and we enjoyed some beautiful singing by Nightigale and the Lark too.

A few highlights from the audience reviews of my production of Carmen at Edinburgh Fringe this summer. So proud of the whole team at Aria Alba for putting on such a stunning production.

Catch them in Die Fledermaus next Season.

Apparently it's stir up Sunday 🤷‍♂️

Celebrating by making a Christmas cake from a recipe passed down by a dearly missed mentor and friend.

For the 'boiled fruitcake method' heat everything except the eggs and flour on the stove until the fruit starts to swell. Cool a bit, mix flour/eggs and bake. 🫶
