Oh my _god_ these are incredible, a close friend shared the recipe and I had to make them. Soy-braised short ribs, it really wanted English-cut short rib but I made do.

The most damaging aspect of social anxiety is paranoia and imagination. It takes almost nothing to implant some thought of belief into your mind and let grow into delusion. In other words, NO that person does NOT hate you. I don’t care how your brain has convinced you. Your brain is wrong.

For the last month I was convinced someone I knew hated me. But tonight I was able to play games with them online and they were thrilled to see me. And I realized how silly I had been. Social anxiety is so hard to defeat sometimes. And you’ll never get past it isolating yourself.
