Cannot overstate how defensive Bondi has been in this hearing so far. She's also borderline yelling at various points, and appears to be straining her voice.

It's just a lot.

Johnson: "It's true that in previous shutdowns, many or most furloughed employees have been paid for the time they were furloughed, but there is new legal analysis - I don't know the details, I just saw a headline - but there are some legal analysts saying that might not be appropriate or necessary"

Also, how many times is Bondi gonna bring up Reid Hoffman in this hearing whenever Epstein comes up?

I think time will tell how much of an unmitigated disaster that was. The thing is, it's not super far off from how a lot of Miller's live interviews tend to go?
jakelahut.writes.news
This interview just wrapped up, and Miller's body language + tone were just next level defensive. Full blown yelling, cutting the host off, you name it.

Also, the admin was basically arguing in court for the ability to racially profile
