Some thoughts on AI… and why the humble Arctic Roll dessert shows were not doomed.
Economic arguments against AI have been made many times before for other technological leaps. The Internet, robotics and computers, electrification, combustion and steam engines… right back to the printing press.

The eagerness for businesses to adopt and lead AI initiatives is not for ease of use, or for the advancement of society.
It is to get AI to do menial work so they don’t have to pay humans to do it. It’s a move to hoard more money, to make life more miserable for people whose jobs it replaces.
