Chest day complete. I got up to my fifth set of ten with a full ten reps at 50kg. The dips were a struggle today, but I still managed to do my ten sets.

Leg day complete. Did my 60kg 10 x 10 squats again, so I'll probably up that weight next week. Doing better with the Romanian deadlifts, too. Got up to six full sets of ten reps out of ten sets.

Back workout complete. I did my bent over rows 10 x 10, but I upped the weight to 45kg. I was able to get to the sixth set before failing before ten reps.

I'm really enjoying the game Terra Nil I got on Steam recently. It's a terraforming game, and it feels good to play something where the goal is to restore and create, especially in these times.

Got out for my work walk. Again, the weather wasn't exactly appealing but if I waited for nice days in Ireland, I'd spend most of the year indoors!

Despite my rough evening, I still got myself out to the gym. Did my assisted pull-ups 10 x 10 and got to the fifth set with a full ten reps and didn't drop below 7 reps for the remaining sets.
