Excellent. And I'm guilty! Guilty of offering social media posts of my cargo bike aiming to suggest it's possible for many others. Much better to talk about giving drivers more space should some others want or be able to walk or bike.

Not permanent if the offender waits 5 years, does rehab and submits proof he or she is no longer a danger on the roads. About 500 people per year are killed on Canadian roads by drivers who are drunk. Some folks still believe theres are "accidents". They're closer to murder.

Oak Bay is well on its way to becoming a 1950's museum.

Indeed. Humans are very smart in some things but thoughts on roads and driving are like listening to the extra drunk guy at the end of the bar explaining he's a safer driver when drunk.

That should be an ad standards fine slapped into the hands of the grocery owner.

True. And meanwhile the oil guys have their MAGA puppet driving us back to 1950.

Striving to become an authoritarian leader of the world's most powerful nation is a tiring endeavour.

On this morning's dog walk a young woman from Oregon with duel Canadian/US citizenship was all smiles when she explained she's now happily out of Trump's orbit, living and working in Canada. She just graduated from a US university with a PHD in biology. #Victoria, BC

We moved to Victoria post new bridge and cross it fairly regularly. I do see John around and will also thank him! I had no idea he was instrumental.

Neither of BC's main two political parties can claim to be green. I imagine many members would like to limit fossil fuel emissions but the royalty grab is like irresistible cake.

Indeed. Our dog's dinner demand whining and slipper nipping is a special form of harassment.

Well, if they win in their 100th year your 96-year old body will be twirling like teenage boy dancing with his crush.

Perhaps ask an astrologist if the #Canucks 54 years of failing to win that Stanley thing will stretch to 100. If she says yes just gently slip off the back of the bandwagon and watch darts.

Sadly we feel you've snooped on us. I'd only add that at this point some of the pottery is chipped. As for the obsolete cables I'm claiming it's not our fault cause the Tim Apple guy keeps messing with us.

The rats hold media conferrences and speak of spending more time with their rat kin?
