I have a feeling a lot of us could use this book in our lives during this particular time. For those who don't know, preorders factor into how much energy they put behind a new release, based on reader enthusiasm pre-publication. If you've got the interest and funds, please pre-order!
My book on grief, mourning, and how both of these things are deeply broken in a society of runaway capitalism & positive thinking is coming out in six months. Here are some things you can do to help it find readers, starting with preordering. You can do that through your local indie or bookshop.org

The debate over whether Greenland or Minneapolis is a “distraction” from Epstein misses the point.

It’s all the same sad story: from committing sexual assault to menacing civilians, Trump’s life is a pathetic effort to feel big by punching down.

I was once pulled over driving to work. I hadn’t done anything. But this cop pulled me over and was, I cannot stress enough, FURIOUS. Shouting at me to not grab my phone, to not even LOOK at it, to look at HIM.

He just needed to yell and seethe at a woman.

In Renee Good’s killing, ICE’s misogyny isn’t a side note—it’s the point
The words of the man who shot Renee Good speak to the Trump administration's fixation on masculinity.

When your debate centers on whether women should exist in public, you’ve already lost.
