’Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house not a creature was stirring, not even… an elephant! Thanks to our supporters, Kenya’s orphaned elephants always have a place to call home. We want to thank you for supporting our conservation work – this year and always.

Elephants are excellent swimmers – crossing deep rivers, using their trunks like snorkels.
Loldaiga preferred a different approach: throwing himself in like a fish out of water. Grace? Optional. Enthusiasm? Maximum. Splash radius? Considerable.

When newly rescued calves arrive at our Nursery, they might be grieving, or arrive in a state of dehydration or starvation. Your support provides the specialist milk formula for night feeds, the warm blankets that comfort them, the Keepers who sit vigil through those first difficult nights.

Children are dying because Trump gutted USAID and cut lifesaving foreign aid — even though it took up less than 1% of the U.S. budget.

Meanwhile, he's preparing to dole out $40 billion to prop up Argentina's failing economy, all to help out his authoritarian pal.

Priorities.

CBS reporter Edward R. Murrow embodied what a journalist should be: someone who holds power to account instead of capitulating to it.

Over 70 years later, his segment denouncing Joe McCarthy’s congressional witch hunts rings truer than ever.

Beavers are master engineers. By protecting beaver families and welcoming them back to our waterways, we can benefit from their natural building skills to create landscapes that better withstand severe weather, support wildlife, and reduce wildfire spread, one carefully laid stick at a time.
