A former ICE Director went on CNN after Noem said the woman had perpetrated an act of “domestic terrorism” by “attempting to run ICE agents over and ram them with her vehicle.” He said Noem was out of line and didn’t have enough information to make that statement.

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.

DHS and MAGA are spreading propaganda claiming the Minneapolis driver tried to run over ICE. That claim is completely false. Multiple videos from different angles (recorded by people on the scene) clearly show that this did not happen. ICE killed a US citizen. Justice is required for this killing.
