Voting by mail is the best way to vote.
Everyone who has examined the data realizes that vote by mail has been incredibly successful in Oregon -- it increases turnout, access, once initial costs are pro-rated over time it is less costly. Most importantly, there's virtually no record of any fraud. Every state should adopt this system.
