The protective shell over Chornobyl’s 4th reactor is now at risk. After a recent drone attack, hundreds of damages have been recorded, according to plant director Serhiy Tarakanov. “Even a minor strike nearby could collapse the sarcophagus,” he warned. Full restoration may take 3-4 years.
