#Jogee In 2016 The Supreme Court acknowledged the #wrongturn in law (1984 #jointenterprise), it didn’t lead to acquittals of those convicted by the wrong interpretation of the law. It didn’t stop the use of #foresight it led to a fresh #injustice, the #substantialinjustice test & NO acquittals …

Today, Lee Anderson MP wrote a post on X that breaks sub judice rules and is in contempt of court, about a live criminal case. He was warned to be careful about what he said publicly by Notts Police. He ignored that advice. I have written to the AG and Lord Chancellor informing them of his contempt.
