A little context: In 1917 USA traded Greenland & $$$ for the US Virgin Islands-St. Croix, St. John & St. Thomas-under the logic that USVI were good for post-WWI US Naval security. 47 is a typical US president seeking to violate the terms of a treaty over stolen land
