How has this card never seen a single reprint? Not in like mystery booster or a commander deck or anything... Seems like the kind of weirdo thing that would be reprinted somewhere in the past 15 years.

Junkyo Bell has a lot of uses. You can use it to pump an attacker, but there are plenty of other things you can do with a big creature. I've never seen it played where it didn't do something
