Pretty sure that was the first chapter book, anyway. There were maybe Choose Your Own Adventure and Encyclopedia Brown books before that.

I'm going to be all right. I've been on the "inside" of the format's leadership since 2019 when the CAG formed, so it's about time I took a little break and touched some grass and really thought about how I want to related to the game and format. I'm certainly not going away, though.

I'll be the first to admit that my public profile in the community hasn't been the biggest in the past few years, but that just gives me all the more reason to put myself out there more now, hence my desire to podcast, write, etc.

It wasn't my choice to leave the panel. My contract simply was not renewed. In a group of that size that needed to shrink, there were inevitably tough decisions to be made and I don't blame Gavin one bit for whatever calculus went into his / Wizards' decisions.
