Incredible scenes today in Banja Luka, with the most senior levels of both the Plenkovic govt of Croatia and its HDZ BiH proxies trumpeting their support for the Kremlin-backed Bosnian Serb secessionist regime in the RS entity. Not even Orban or Vucic have so boldly feted Dodik.
The National Defense Authorization Act, which Congress is expected to pass in the coming days, feat some robust measures re: the W. Balkans, incl mandating POTUS w/in 90 days of its passage to impose sanctions on any person identified as undermining the Dayton Agreement.

The ruling secessionist SNSD has published the first unofficial results from the RS entity special election in Bosnia and Herzegovina to replace Milorad Dodik as entity president. SNSD candidate, Sinisa Karan, as was widely expected, appears to be leading.
