Thank you for this.

I’ve explained to people for years that human content reviewers are the modern coal miners.

Dangerous work that few know is even happening.

Ah, this must be the other “culture war” issues the court is considering, according to the Today show.

It’s a lot easier to do that when you have the social support systems the French have.
Health care, workers rights, etc.

Most of all, having the education to understand why it is important.

For a long time, I couldn’t imagine the mechanics of US Civil War 2.
Then it hit me: red states choosing not to have elections when Trump tells them not to & blue states still having them & creating a new constitutional Congress.
Still not sure the blue states have the gumption.

I prefer being bald, but I’m not at all balding. Wife & family prefer it when my hair grows out but are totally supportive of me doing what I want.

I just don’t like hassle of fixing hair, TBH.

Extremely technical work that the current court seems to be unwilling to do.

Any Rock Band game fans here?

FYI, they start removing songs from being able to be purchased this weekend, 10 years after RB4 launched.
If you already own them, you’re good.

Time to check your wishlists!

I want it.

I *really* want an EV 500, but since racers & fans are generally anti-EV, let's build this beast & lean into the human vs machine motif with squealing tires, loud engines, and close racing.

FAA has issued MASSIVE temporary flight restriction which prohibits drones (i.e., photography) over Chicago.

They did similar around federal buildings in Los Angeles since June protests, but really no comparison...

Chicago's TFR covers 900x more area than ones in LA! 🧵👇

I can't handle the idea of paying for the hardware and the subscription with these.

Either bundle it together as a service that provides the hardware, or let me buy the hardware to use without a service.

With enough change in Congress, we can impeach & remove.
Miller can’t stop elections.

Wallmart? Even my iPhone autocorrect is yelling at me for that one.

You don’t hire them. They have an…alternative funding stream.

But yes!

I don’t want to play this game anymore.

I’m in Indiana. Hakeem just hit me up for cash.

Let’s see how long it takes for ChatGPT to follow suit. Just ran this one now.
Short answer: there is no verified medical diagnosis of dementia for Donald J. Trump as of 2025-09-30 21:39 (UTC-04:00). Publicly available evidence is insufficient to make a clinical claim.

Key facts:
	•	Professional ethics bar “diagnosis from afar” for public figures without an in-person exam and consent (APA “Goldwater rule”). Media speculation is not diagnosis.
	•	The only disclosed cognitive screen was the Montreal Cognitive Assessment in 2018, reportedly 30/30. A normal score then does not prove current status. •	Reports alleging decline exist, but they are commentary or observational and not clinical findings. Treat them as claims, not proof.
	•	Dementia diagnosis requires a medical work-up: history, exam, cognitive testing, labs, and often imaging. Typical symptoms are varied and non-specific in public appearances.

Bottom line: No confirmed dementia. Ongoing claims are contested and unverified.

Methodology: Checked official ethics guidance, prior disclosed medical data, and recent reporting; distinguished clinical evidence from commentary.

Confidence: High that no public diagnosis exists; Medium that future information could change this.

I don't often quote the president, but here goes:

"If there is a shutdown, I think it would be a tremendously negative mark on the president of the United States. He's the one that has to get people together."

"You do that by passing a strong national data privacy law that bans companies from collecting more data about us than they need to provide us with the service we’ve requested."
This for EVERYTHING. Car telemetry, credit reporting agencies, etc.
Ban nothing & regulate everything to be pro-people.
jason.tracys.org
Those drive me crazy because there is a privacy-focused way to use them: have them only check against a list of plates known to be stolen, etc, with paper trails on why there were added, publicly available.
No match, no log, no cloud, no history. All local on the camera.

When I was little, in the 80-90s, my mom took a friend of hers to Indianapolis. Her friend had never left Jackson County, Indiana, in her ~40 years of living.
She asked where my dad was & mom didn’t understand. “You mean your husband lets you go there ALONE‽”.
Imagine when she got the Internet.

“I wasn’t going to beat her, but she kept mouthing off.”

People vote for Trump because they want to.

At first I thought you were asking people to come to Portland to oppose them & I was like “Nah, we’ve got fascism at home” (Indiana)
