I'm not heartless. I get maybe there are people who don't have much $$ and are trying to find a little joy.
So have a free day a month or something like that. No minimum that day. Maybe use it as an opportunity to feature a non-profit or try to get one of your drink vendors to sponsor it.

We have reached the dark cold gray part of the year so wanting all the comfort foods.
Doug has done a full on version a few times but it's a huge list of ingredients and takes 3 full days.
The shortcut version uses duck confit, precooked beans and duck skin; we are adding the sausage.
