Rather old doodle of my rubberhose 'Toon' OC,Bill Ditt,origially made as the prototype to replace building workers,the idea was scrapped, as was he, later found by an autoshop worker,Henry Hare who fixed him up and gave him a job,personality wise he's a bit deadpan,his eyes are lightbulbs I imagine
