Haven't worn a watch

I dreamt I was falling from the sky and had a choice: go to sleep so I wouldn't feel pain when I hit the ground or face death head on, eyes wide open, enthralled by my final flight, knowing it would hurt beyond measure as I hit the ground.
I chose eyes wide open full flight.
