As someone who loved tugboats as a kid (& still does), one can probably imagine why this scene made me fall in love with the Defiant. She goes against everything I love about Trek, but she’s small/compact, curvy as hell, & has a honker of a nose on her (filming miniature only): What’s not to like?!

Second time's a charm. Only real wish for the sequel, is that they ensure the engine (UE5...) is made to be as performant as their own was, and (please god) no shader compilation issues.
Then, I'd love an Alien³ style of co-op mode, where the beast has to be trapped.

Alien: Isolation modded so that the flamethrower uses way less fuel (allowing for gratuitous burning of Working Joes, and Seegson Security), and the torch batteries actually last about 30 minutes:

Alien³ is my second-favourite film in the franchise, & always has been, due in large part to the incredible (mostly British) cast, as well as it being more 'true' to what I feel the series should be about - a single, deadly creature (not that I don't like Aliens - just vastly prefer the first film).

In 2 months, this guy turns 8 years old. He's crossed the galaxy in that time, has attained Elite rank in the main 3 disciplines, & is considered both an Admiral within the Federation & a King within the Empire.
