I could not agree with you more, sir! I have brought this up in the past, only for people to smack it down immediately saying that isn't an area you can develop, and I wholeheartedly disagree. I think they absolutely could and it would thrive.

Agreed. If they do it right, they can remain competitive. They've been bullish to make big changes the last few years. They have to be more willing to turn things upside down now, and this is the time to do it. I'm not saying throw the entire thing away and start new, but big changes.

I think you're right. This fix is going to take some time unless they get fortunate in some areas and hit on multiple draft picks.
