Vanguard had improper NPO documents and bad record keeping and bingo problems that came to light after the 2022 season. They went dark to clean up their house.
I really depends on where Mandarins are short financially, this will be their first dark season in over 50 years of existence

Mostly yes, however Vanguard took 2023 off and came back pretty strong, Spirit of Atlanta took 2021 off (abuse scandal) and they came back not as strong
It really depends on what the reasons were (assuming financial) and how they can reorganize, rebuild, raise new funds. It’s a big setback
