Mark Zuckerberg has spent $110M to buy 11 houses in one Palo Alto neighborhood.

He's turning the homes into a compound.

That's on top of his 30 bedroom, 30 bathroom compound in Hawaii and another in Lake Tahoe.

I don’t want to hear that billionaires can’t afford a wealth tax.

This billionaire’s fortune is built atop research funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation, and yet he seeks to destroy that agency and its investments in the scientific engine that has fueled our tech industry since the 1950s. And why? Because it tried to include more diverse scholars?

Around D.C., the new going rate is well-known: $5 million for a one-on-one dinner with Trump, but gov-affairs execs have “no clue where the money is eventually going,” one said. Another told me it’s “outer-borough Mafia sh*t.” My new piece is out @newyorker.com www.newyorker.com/magazine/202...

Americans put in the Oval Office a man who does not give a damn about the Constitution or the rule of law, but only about consolidating power & wealth for himself & his cronies. Every day we can see the fateful consequences of this disaster--and We the People must decide how long we'll tolerate it.

Rubio's gutting of USAID is illegal and unconstitutional. There is no form of democracy anywhere of any kind that would allow the executive branch to unilaterally cancel budgets and programs passed by the legislative branch and signed into law. It's utter lawlessness.

Never forget this day, February 28, 2025, when an American president abused and betrayed a democratic ally in the midst of a barbaric war with Russia. This grotesque stain will never wash away.

Remember: The fundamental issue isn’t the size of the government or how to make government more “efficient.”

It’s who our government is for.

Should it work mainly for big corporations and billionaires, including the richest person in the world — or for the rest of us?
