My next vote for Mayor of Chicago will go to whoever recommends downsizing from 50 wards to 30, max! It won't solve the deficit but it will help appropriate funds to departments that need it. Other than the police and the city council itself, our city is extremely understaffed and it shows.

If anyone tries to argue w/you that universal healthcare isn't needed because you have insurance thru your job, show them this. If you have a BRCA/cancer gene you can take several preventative measures, from screening to surgery, screening is the least expensive unless your insurance is shit.
