FYI, @otw.bsky.social put out a notice about H.R. 9495 and its potential impact on Ao3. It seems like OTW doesn't see an imminent threat to Ao3 under this bill, but it's still important to contact your senators to ensure that they vote "no" on this bill.

I am super impressed with the Bluesky team, who are handling the Hockey Stick of growth incredibly well. I'm also impressed by (most of) the Bluesky users I've seen understanding that the place is literally being built around them as we go along, and being okay when there are hiccups and stutters.
You really have to hand it to the bsky team. They're holding things together really well. That growth is staggering.

Starting A Discovery of Witches on Netflix in hopes that I can motivate myself to finally, finally finish The Book of Life. I’ve reached the “return to comfort media” stage of coping with a societal crisis. Sucks that this happens often enough to recognize my coping mechanisms.
